Archlab

Alberto Carettoni completes his studies in Florence and Milan, where he graduated in 1994.

Among his teachers he can count the tutoring of Giuliano Maggiora, Giovanni Michelucci, Giovanni Klaus König, Guido Canella and Guido Nardi for whom he was assistant and university researcher in the academic year 1995-1996.

After the foreign working experiences that led him to work in Germany, England and the United States he opened his own studio in Italy in 2000.

His first work was selected for the young Italian Architects biennial in Pontedera-Pisa in 2008.

He carries out his activity between Germany and Italy, between architecture and art of which he performs self-study research since 1986.

Archlab is currently based in Leipzig in Tapetenwerk.
